(1)應(yīng)試者應(yīng)充分利用各種個(gè)人資源。除了前面提到的面帶微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身體語(yǔ)言外，請(qǐng)以沉穩(wěn)平靜的聲音、以中等語(yǔ)速、以清晰的吐字發(fā)音、以開朗響亮的聲調(diào)給考官以愉悅的聽覺享受，聲音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是膽怯、緊張、不自信和缺乏活力與感染力的。

(2)情緒也是一個(gè)需要控制的重要方面。情緒，做為個(gè)人的重要素養(yǎng)，如果在自我介紹中起伏波動(dòng)，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。例如在介紹自己的基本情況時(shí)面無表情、語(yǔ)調(diào)生硬;在談及自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)時(shí)眉飛色舞。興奮不已;而在談?wù)撟约旱娜秉c(diǎn)時(shí)又無精打采、萎糜不振。
